The Bathurst Catholic Diocese is being accused of a ``corporate crime.``

Lawyer Robert Talach says it covered up a sex scandal involving former priest Levi Noel.

He is currently behind bars for several sex related crimes.

Lowell Mallais says he was assaulted by Noel as a boy and it's something you can never fully recover from.

A press conference was held today where victims and lawyers representing the plaintiffs were present.

Eleven new lawsuits have been presented against the diocese.
