The Bathurst MLA says the province is leaving New Brunswickers stranded when it comes to the Acadian Lines closure.

Brian Kenny says the government must show leadership because many people will be left without vital transportation.

Kenny and the opposition are calling for a roundtable to discuss public inter-city transit.

The opposition says university students and seniors will be most affected.

Not to mention businesses that rely on the service for package delivery.
