Man Pleads Guilty To Fraud Over $5K: Bathurst Court

The lawyer for a Bathurst area man needs time to review files on a number of charges.
A 52 year old suspect was supposed to enter a plea on drug and weapons charges.
The suspect is also facing a charge of possession on illegal tobacco.
The matter has been adjourned until August 27th.
A 16 year old Bathurst area youth is accused of not co-operating with probation services.
A pre-sentence report for the teen was not ready in time so sentencing has been adjourned until November.
He faces a number of charges including arson, theft of a vehicle and breach of probation.
A 23 year old Moncton area man has pleaded guilty to fraud over 5 thousand dollars on his former employer.
He'll be sentenced in October.
